The Association of Professional Dog Walkers and Sitters™ are here to help support you and your dog walking business on a day to day basis if required. We are approachable without being condescending and offer advice appropriate to your needs.
The Association of Professional Dog Walkers and Sitters™ are experts in the dog walking and dog sitting industry and was founded by experienced dog walkers. We will answer your questions based on our combined accrued knowledge.
We will not tell you how to how to run your business but we can offer some guidance as well as looking at options available to you. APDWS™ has helped many of our members through the early stages of their dog walking or sitting businesses. We also have articles on our site and in the members area providing valuable advice and tools to assist in the day to day running of your business.

Social Media
Never underestimate the power of Social Media, platforms such as Facebook, twitter and instagram, these can very quickly get you noticed and you can target specific audiences very quickly.
Facebook for example can allow you to join groups in a given area with ease and you can also join groups related to dog walking and dog sitting. You can also create your own business page and personalise it and then share it amongst friends.
